We create small home plan designs that give families everything they typically look for in a larger home, including all of the modern conveniences, privacy and storage areas, without sacrificing detail.
The trend of larger homes is turning now as families want to feel closer and make choices that help lower rising energy costs and impact the environment in a positive manner. We design homes that are 500-1500 sq ft and eco friendly without disrupting the typical family lifestyle.
By concentrating on design that fits the family, rather than creating spaces that families have to fit into, there is less wasted space in a home, and less wasted money. Scale and usage are important in a home, and building a small home that works for a family without feeling small, takes a unique designer. We hope you enjoy our small home designs, custom home plan options, and our articles that will help you make the best decision when building and decorating your small house.
