		<description>I thought the point about sewer drainage was very important. Having a green roof means more plant life to absorb water naturally. Also UV rays and heat are reflected and not stored whereas asphalt or concrete will store and release the heat back into the neighborhood causing higher levels of heat in urban areas. Green roofs have top insulation value (R Value of 6!) along with being eco-friendly.</description>
