The Introvərt house plan is designed around a central courtyard that runs through both entry ways and lengthwise through the house, allowing all of the rooms to open onto each other to enjoy air circulation and light. Vaulted ceilings that begin at 8 ft and rise to 11 ft help the interior feel light and airy.

The Introvərt 15 introduces another 500 square feet to accommodate larger families, than the Introvərt 10. An additional bedroom, bathroom, and separate bedroom courtyard maximize privacy for adults. A shared bathroom plus powder room for guests, built in closets, two double sided fireplaces that are enjoyed from the central courtyard, family room and combination dining/kitchen area are included in the house floor plan. With a footprint of 32 ft by 48 ft, the Introvərt 15 can fit on a small lot.

In colder climates, the hammock courtyard can be converted to a sun room with glass roof, and the central courtyard can be modified to become covered passageways during colder months.

The eco features of the Introvərt include passive solar gain, natural ventilation, a rammed earth floor and thermal mass for heating and cooling, along with a roof designed for solar panel installation. Manually adjustable green roof panels are also included above the master bedroom courtyard in order to draw air up from the house and courtyards for better circulation.
