Referencing the element of water, the Lake Boat house can be built on the water with a covered boat slip, instead of a garage, or near the water with an adjacent boat slip. Reminiscent of a cottage or cabin, the Lake Boat is designed to take advantage of beautiful water views, making the occupants feel more connected with nature, while living in an eco friendly environment. The connection to nature continues throughout the house opening its spaces to a deck or porch, extending interior living to the exterior.

The Lake Boat will be available in:

1 bed./ 1 bath. 500 sq.ft.
2 bed./ 1 bath./ pwdr.rm. 1000 sq.ft.
3 bed./ 2 bath./ pwdr.rm. 1500 sq.ft.

Eco features will include:

Natural ventilation
Trombe wall (a glass-fronted exterior masonry wall that absorbs solar heat for radiation into a building.)
Passive solar design

The Lake Boat can be modified to be ADA accessible
