The MOD 5 is a modern 500 sq ft open floor plan home that contains a full kitchen with a refrigerator, dishwasher, range/oven, sink, and built-in pantry, an open living and dining area, full bath with laundry, and a private bedroom.

Designed with only one interior wall that houses the plumbing, the MOD leaves a very small footprint, making it eco friendly to the land it’s built on. Classic modern lines are continued on the exterior with flush wood siding, a deck with generous overhang, and an adjustable louvered shade wall system that allows for full privacy in the bedroom.

The MOD comes with 2 options for the bathroom configuration to allow for more privacy, and a closet system and built ins that can be customized in the bedroom area. The living area opens onto a large deck with a full wall of glass doors to take in the view and feel connected to the outside.

The MOD is designed to allow construction with SIP’s or modular methods, passive solar heat, grey water use with only one plumbing wall, and the flat roof also allows for solar panel installation or a green roof to help lower energy costs. With a footprint of just 20 ft by 25 ft, the MOD is perfect for small lots.
