Lines of simplicity and open interiors abound in the MOD, a modern/ modular house that references the Earth and snow. With one main wall for plumbing, the open circulation floor plan pulls the spaces away from the exterior walls allowing the occupants to take center stage with open circulation to allow for a great amount of natural ventilation and light through an interchangeable building skin. Like many modular designs, the MOD house can be expanded for growing families by combining the living module, sleep module and bedroom suite modules in different configurations. We have put together 3 configurations to give you a few ideas of how the modules can work together.

MOD 5 House Plan: 1 bed./ 1 bath. 500 sq.ft.

MOD 10 House Plan: 2 bed./ 1 bath. 1000 sq.ft.

MOD 15 House Plan: 3 bed./ 2 bath./ pwdr.rm. 1500 sq.ft.
