The design reflects how a family lives, allowing for privacy while still having an open feeling, making the occupants feel more connected to the Earth and each other.

3 bed./ 2 bath./ pwdr.rm. 1500 sq.ft.

Eco features will include:

Passive solar design
Thermal mass heating and cooling

The Nesting can be modified to be ADA accessible
