Like the Stilts 10, the Stilts 15 is built on a pier and beam system to allow air to circulate around the house. With an additional 500 sq ft we’ve created a master suite on the second floor with a separate bath and laundry area, and a private deck to enjoy the views.

The pitched roof allows collection of rainwater in the cistern to lower energy bills and be environmentally friendly. The slope is dictated by the lot and slope of the stairs, so each Stilts house is unique.

The Stilts 15 house plan includes 3 bedrooms, 2 baths plus a powder room for guests; a kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, range/oven, and sink; living and dining areas, and sliding panels for privacy. The Stilts 15 is designed to allow construction with SIPs or other modular options to reduce cost and be environmentally friendly.
