With the kids grown and out of the house, neither of us (fortunately) are interested in trying to stay on top of a large 4BR. However, we're also not ready for the retirement community, yet! I'm really glad to have discovered your site and look forward to what you have to offer. We're at the very beginning stages of this process, but the nice weather is just around the corner.
